Ward D. Jones has practiced law in Hawaii for 26 years and handled trials in state courts on all of the islands, Hawaii federal court, as well as Hawaii arbitrations.

He is a court appointed arbitrator in personal injury cases, and a former panel member for AAA arbitration. He has been a member of the Hawaii bar and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for twenty years.

Mr. Jones is listed in "Who's Who in American Law" and "Who's Who in the West." Upon graduation from the University of Hawaii School of Law he worked for Walter G. Chuck for five years and then became a partner in the law partnership of Chuck Jones and MacLaren. In 2002 he formed a new larger law partnership, Bervar & Jones, to service a broader spectrum of clients and areas of law.
